For this exercise, I slightly went away from the brief, as I knew that I would later be dealing with perspective, and so I wanted to roughly get the idea of different interiors in more than just one room in the house. Due to this fact, I chose to draw the basic outlines of shapes in several rooms, including the kitchen, bedroom, living room, front room and bathroom, drawing at least one or more views of the rooms, to get the idea of space and direction. These sketches were extremely basic, as I feel that sometimes it is the shapes that matter more in a composition rather than the detail, and how the placement of objects can create a better composition and creativity.
